- Do I need a card to start?
- No. You can create your free account without a card and keep using it for as long as you like.
- What do Lite and Pro cost?
- TenantVille Lite is $12.99/month and TenantVille Pro is $21.99/month — one flat price each, however many rentals you manage. There is no per-rental charge.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
- Any time, from Billing. Upgrading is immediate, and moving back to Free keeps every record you already have.
- What is the difference between Lite and Pro?
- Lite helps you manage: multiple rentals, your rental website and everyday landlord tools. Pro helps manage it for you: TenantVille AI carries out approved work, runs workflow automations and adds deeper financial, communication and maintenance intelligence.
- What happens to my data if I downgrade?
- Your data is never deleted. If you move to a lower plan that still covers your portfolio, you simply use the features included in that plan. If your portfolio is larger than the new plan's unit limit, your workspace becomes read-only until you upgrade or reduce your unit count — you can still view and export everything, and Billing stays available.
- What happens if I cancel or my payment fails?
- Your records stay safe and stay viewable — you can search and export everything, and reach Billing and support. TenantVille becomes read-only, so creating, editing, posting charges and other operations resume when your subscription is active again. A failed or unpaid payment is treated the same way until billing recovers.
